Join the Sherman Library for a Sound Bath with Inspired Vibrations, presented by certified practitioner of sound and vibrational healing, Jeannine Chayka on Friday, November 8th at 6:00 p.m.
In uncertain times, practicing mindfulness is crucial. The Sherman Library is hosting Jeanine Chayka’s guided meditation and sound healing session, designed to activate the relaxation response, soothe the mind, unwind the body, and harmonize the nervous system. Using the sounds of her crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, and other vibrational instruments, along with her guided meditations, participants are transported to a space of healing and renewal.
Jeanine Chayka is the owner of Inspired Vibrations. She is a certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, certified Practitioner in Reiki Energy 1 & 2 and a meditation guide. She offers individual and group sessions of Sound and Vibrational Healing and Meditation and Sound classes to heal the mind, body and spirit.
