Join the Sherman Library on Zoom for Mysteries of the Northeast, an illustrated talk on October 10th at 7:00pm with Michael Panicello, the State Director of the Mutual UFO Network.
Presenter Michael Panicello will provide a glimpse into a region of New England/New York that has an unusually high number of “strange” and unexpected events within its’ borders. Unknown objects in the sky, paranormal oddities, cryptic creatures, and a dark, foreboding atmosphere make this region a truly “wicked realm.”

He is the State Director for the Connecticut Chapter of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), he is a certified field investigator, a member of the MUFON Case Assistance Group (CAG) International and member of the MUFON Strike Team Area Research (STAR). In these various rolls he has investigated over 200 UFO cases both locally and internationally. As a UFO researcher Michael has researched and presented lectures on the Secret Space Program, Underwater Submerged Objects, Cryptozoology and Antarctica’s UFO connection. His recent focus of research has been locating unusual UFO hot spots around the country. Over the course of his career, Michael has appeared on multiple radio and podcast shows and has been interviewed by multiple local, regional, national, and international magazines and newspapers.
