Lunch & Learn with Attorney Lynda Lee Arnold "Creating a Strong Estate Plan to Protect Your Family and Your Finances!

New Milford based (and Sherman resident) Attorney Lynda Lee Arnold will share important information on estate planning. 

Discussions will include an explanation of important estate planning documents like Wills, powers of attorney, advance directives,Trusts and the purpose and powers included in each. 

Additionally, she will explain what happens if you don't have a Will when you pass away, how your estate gets divided amongst your heirs, who can pay your bills if you can't and common estate planning mistakes that you will want to avoid.
