Join certified yoga instructor Paul Jaehnig for a session of Gentle Yoga at the Sherman Library on Friday, February 7th at 7:00 p.m.
The practice of yoga provides an opportunity for all to improve their physical and mental well-being. This yoga session will begin with a warm-up followed by a series of yoga postures or asanas, yoga breathing or pranayama and concludes with relaxation and meditation. The yoga session will be followed by refreshments and conversation.
