Effective Communication Skills

Join Art Gottlieb, LCSW, CSA on June 12 at 12pm to learn and discuss effective communication skills.

This program will explain why, even though people seem to talk all the time, we live in a world filled with hurt feelings and misunderstandings. Folks simply can’t figure out what they are trying to say to each other. 

This program will explore gender differences i.e.: “Men are From Mars - Women are from Venus” as well as intergenerational and sibling dynamics of communication. Case examples and audience questions will be used to frame our discussion.
