Deep Stretch and Guided Meditation with Sandy Trimarchi

This class is designed to strengthen the mind-body connection and promote relaxation.

This eight-week course meets on Mondays (9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28 ) in Charter Hall from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

$120 for all 8 weeks or $20 per individual class.
